Duello Madre was a jazz/progressive rock band active from 1973 to 1974, founded in Genova. The line-up was nothing short than jaw dropping,
with virtuoso Marco Zoccheddu (guitars, vocals, ex-Nuova Idea and Osage Tribe), Bob Callero (bass, Osage Tribe), Franco Lo Previte (drums,
percussions, ex-Circus 2000) and Pippo Trentin (sax, flute). They only released one self-titled album in 1973, produced by Gian Piero Reverberi.
