Elefangs is created in the city of Cancun, Mexico at the end of 2014 as an original project with a sound that combines the purest Hard Rock style and California Stoner of the late 80's with an updated and sometimes even experimental touch. Bands like Fu Manchu. Clutch, Kyuss, Queen of the Stone Age, Royal Blood, Mastodon, Red Fang, Black Sabbath, Stoned Jesus and Wolfmother inspired them to follow the concept "Stoner Rock", a subgenre of rock and metal with psychedelic rock influence.
