Fago.Sepia — it doesn’t mean anything. It is just two words separated by a point and four musicians trying to make music they like by mixing allthat they could hear up to that point; the whole containing guitars, bass and battery.
The band is from Condate, France, and they play an instrumental variation of post-rock/math rock. A jazzy influence brings the formality down afew notches. For a French band, Fago.Sepia’s sound isn’t extremely new, but most of their influences fall within the very tight French circle ofbands like Chevreuil, Milgram, and Sincabeza.
