Meeting for the first time at a Corrosion of Conformity show in Chicago in 1985, Jett Weiner and Aaron Bright hit it off instantly, both claiming that one day, they would play the famous Cabaret Metro as it was called back then. (And both did play at the Metro, Aaron with the Rosehips opening for the Jayhawks and Jett with From Zero as the headlining act). Aaron and Jett, along with Andy Peterson of (Apocalypse Hoboken/Mexican Cheerleader) on drums, started what would become Demented Ted, raw teenage angst ala C.O.C... Short lived, the three founding members went their own separate ways. Reuniting in 1992, Jett and Aaron co-founded the somewhat popular Chicago band Faceman. Tension (and too much drinking) between Aaron and drummer Dan Bermingham soon saw Aaron leaving to play with popular Chicago band The Rosehips, now the Chamber Strings. After the breakup of Faceman in 1994, Aaron and Jett soon found themselves working on another project called Pornstar, a Punk Rock/Metal effort. A full record was recorded but was never released and soon the two found themselves parting ways with Aaron moving out to the West Coast and Jett taking a break from music all together. In Anaheim, Aaron had played with popular bands Waiting for Decay and SIFT. In Chicago, Jett had co-founded From Zero, a band that gained much popularity and went on to have some decent success and eventually signed with Arista Records. After being dropped by Arista, Jett decided to focus on his family and had been silent for the next 5 years. Aaron was keeping busy with his family out on the West Coast but continued to write. Keeping in touch here and there over the years, the two decided it was once again time to work together and in late 2009 the two started to create music for what is now called Fate Accomplis, a powerful blend of Hardcore Metal with simple Rock sensibilities. Fate Accomplis is currently writing and getting demos prepared for release prior to a full-fledged CD effort to be released sometime in mid 2010. -taken from the band's myspace « hide
