Frank Bridge

Frank Bridge was an English composer and violinist. Often overshadowed by his peers, Bridge never made breakthrough success, however played an important role in the development of British music during the post WWI period. His music showed immense diversity, with tendencies to straddle the influences of serialism from the Second Viennese School of tuition, and traditionalist pastoralism.
