Howlin Rain is a San Fransisco based band which was formed in 2004 by Ethan Miller, Ian Gradek and drummer John Moloney. Shortly after the release of their debut album, Moloney left and in came Eli Eckert and Joel Robinow from Drunk Horse and Garett Goddard from The Cuts.
