Illusion Suite, a four-piece band from Oslo, Norway, was founded by Roger Bjorge and Oyvind Larsen, who are the drummer and former guitarist, respectively. Their music blends Power Metal and Progressive Rock, drawing comparisons to fellow Norwegian bands Pagan's Mind and Circus Maximus. They released their debut album, "Final Hour," in 2009. Following Larsen's departure, the band adopted a tougher style with more vocal-driven melodies. Their second album, "Iron Cemetery," showcases a diverse mix of styles and influences, drawing inspiration from bands like Symphony X, Ayreon, and Pagan's Mind.
