Insense is a technical hardcore - / metalcore band from Ski .
The band was started by guitarist Tommy Hjelm and drummer Håvard Iversen in 1999 . In 2002 , they released their self-titled debut album
and went on tour Norway. In 2003 they went on a two week European tour. Håvard Iversen and vocalist Eigil Dragvik decided then to leave the
band. Iversen was replaced by Truls Haugen and helmets took over on vocals.
In 2005 the sequel album Soothing Torture released on the Norwegian label Black Balloon Records in Norway, and on Candlelight Records in

song structuring. "Although the descriptions were quite diverse, the album received good reviews.
Bassist Ruud decided then to quit and was replaced by John S. Hana. Shortly after they went on another European tour, and shortly afterwards
they began to record their third album, The Silent Epidemic. It was recorded at several different points during the 8 months, and for the first
