Internal Nightmare

Formed in 2007 out of a love of extreme music, heavy grooves and most importantly, great songwriting and structure, the Internal Nightmare started building a solid reputation since their inception. With a nod to the past, as well as a vision for the future, they are poised for success now more than ever. Formed in 2007 out of a love of extreme music, heavy grooves and most importantly, great songwriting and structure, the Internal Nightmare started building a solid reputation since their inception. With a nod to the past, as well as a vision for the future, they are poised for success now more than ever. Despite a number of lineup changes since 2007, they never let any adversity get in the way of making their mark on the Australian heavy music scene. The release of a then-highly anticipated EP, Segregation, heavy touring across the country at some of the best and most respected venues in Australia, a video clip, appearing on several compilation discs and filming a segment on the Australian Broadcasting Corporation's Spicks and Specks program are just the tip of the iceberg to what Internal Nightmare have achieved. In late 2010/early 2011 Internal Nightmare underwent a big lineup change with Paul "Doomsday" Hammond joining as vocalist, Tom "Master Blaster" Jarrett joining on the drums and Paulie Tipping joining on bass. Throughout 2011 Internal Nightmare played gig after gig in venues all around Victoria and even ventured into Brisbane and New South Wales for a few shows. They also released 2 pre-production tracks "Born To Hate" and "Self Deceit" to good reception, and continued to see their audience grow throughout the year with the band supporting the likes of thrash legends Forbidden and deathcore crew All Shall Perish. In the beginning of 2012, Paul took on the bass duties and Internal Nightmare jumped into the studio to record their first full length album, entitled Chaos Reborn. http://internalnightmare.bandcamp.com/ « hide
