Like the element of the same name, the band Iridium is unique, solid, and powerful. Four young musicians possessing passion, creativity, and most importantly - chemistry, come together to form the type of rock group dynamic that is all too hard to find these days. Heavily influenced by classic rock from the sixties and seventies, along with the harder-edged and more modern grunge/alternative sounds of the nineties, Iridium creates a familiar, yet original collage of sound. Formed in 2009 with members from central Louisiana, the band performs with a combination of flare and tenacity. For the past three years, these twenty-somethings have built a strong local following. However, the band has its sights set high and is beginning to emerge beyond the local scene. Combining Hunter McCoy's precise and powerful drumming style, Evan Juneau's intrinsically melodic bass lines, Brandon Bordelon's unique, grunge rock vocals and Spencer Lemoine's fiery guitar leads, Iridium is a sure bet for a high element rock and roll experience. This is a band that is dedicated to carrying and defending the flag of rock and roll music, and satisfying the thirst of even the most fervid rock connoisseur. « hide
