Joseph Williams, better known as Just-Ice, is an influential rapper from NYC. He had some success throughout the late 1980's, and along with Schoolly D, is generally regarded as one of the first East Coast gangsta rappers. After disappearing from the rap scene by 1999, Just-Ice returned in 2008 with his comeback album "Gangster Boogie", which was his first original release since 1998.
