The Katsumi Horii Project was an instrumental city pop project orchestrated by Japanese composer and producer Katsumi Horii, active during the late 1980's to the late 1990's. With few exceptions, the Katsumi Horii Project's albums were adorned with the distinctive pop art illustrations of Eizin Suzuki, who also contributed his art to Tatsuro Yamashita's "For You" and "Come Along".
