MK-Ultra were a hardcore band from Chicago, IL that featured members from bands such as The O.S.S, Sick/Tied, Los Crudos, and Charles Bronson.
They formed in 1993 and broke up in 2000, and their name is a reference to the infamous secret CIA project. In 1999, they had to change their name
due to "legal reasons".
