O.W.L. (Of Wondrous Legends) was the brainchild of Chicago-native Stephen Titra. After having his album be cancelled by Universal, his record
remained lost to time. Or so it was thought. Over 30 years later, a test pressing of Titra's album was released by the Chicago-based label Locust
Music. Titra has remained active in the arts as a painter, illustrator, musician and artist-in-residence. His mail goal is to "joyfully uplift the
human heart and spirit" with his work.
