Of Salt and Swine is an innovative, heavy, and appealing hardcore band based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota, that are taking the metal/hardcore scene by storm. With an all-star lineup of experienced musicians from around the Twin Cities, as well as some of the most creative writers in the scene heavily influenced by The Acacia Strain, For the Fallen Dreams and A Life Once Lost. Of Salt and Swine is poised to take over the ears of the midwest hardcore scene and more. Of Salt and Swine got their start in October of 2009, playing with national acts such as The Ghost Inside, For Today and Sleeping Giant. Since then the band has headlined every show they have played with an exception of three. With a growing popularity in the midwest, Of Salt and Swine decided to put themselves to the test and tour the west coast, arguably the toughest scene to please in the country, and had numerous successful performances that resulted in a bigger fan base as well as a good reputation out west. Lights Out will be released in the US April of 2010 with heavy touring to follow in support of the release.
