Paintbox was an underground Japanese hardcore punk band that first formed in 1997. The group was well respected among the
international hardcore audience, and toured worldwide, until guitarist and brains of the group, Chelsea, tragically passed away in
2007. Paintbox attempted to tour for a few more years, until ultimately disbanding in 2011.
