Rotary Beginners are a Japanese hardcore punk band that first formed in 1993. By the late 90's, the group managed to develop a fair-sized following
nationwide for their rowdy, groove-based style. Rotary Beginners ended up going on a brief hiatus in 2007, but returned in 2011 and have been active
and later that year released "Shining Boy", which was their first original release in near a decade. Rotary Beginners are still currently active as a
touring group, and new material does not seem to be in the works as of yet.
