Silent Cry are a gothic/doom metal band from Governador Valadares, Brazil. The band were formed in 1993 by drummer Jefferson Britto and guitarist Dilpho Castro. After two demos, the band released their first LP, "Remembrance", in 1999, via Demise Records.
