Sinisthra are a progressive/gothic metal band formed in 2005 in Lohja, Finland. Formerly known as Nevergreen, the band changed their name to Sinisthra in 2005, the same year frontman Tomi Joutsen joined Amorphis as their lead vocalist.
The band released their debut LP "Last of the Stories of Long Past Glories" in May 2005 via Arise Records.
