Skullmonkeys are an Italian alternative rock band that was formed by singer/guitarist Dakoom and bassist Spooky in San Miniato, Pisa. Skullmonkeys went through a succession of drummers until their first drummer Ste join the band again. Ste left the band due to lack of time one year later. The band now found a definitive lineup with the drummer Matteo Zingoni.
In 8 April 2012 they released their first record, a totally self-produced EP of 6 songs called “Slugs”. The EP has been recorded, mixed and mastered at the “Dak Project Studio”.
