South Park Mexican, also known as the abbreviated equivalent of SPM, is a legendary Latino rapper. Born Carlos Coy, in 1994, he founded the Dope
House Records label, and later made his recording debut in 1995 with the release of the "Hillwood" album. He would go on to spend the rest of the
