Space Invaders are a psychedelic/space-rock/jam-rock band formed by Mike Häfliger, Paul_Pott (Zone Six), Dirk Jan Müller and Dirk Bittner(Electric Orange) in 2010 while at a jam-session at Herzberg-Festival. The band have had sessions with veterans such as Damo Suzuki(Can), Nik Turner (Hawkwind) and Mani Neumeier (Guru Guru). For a gig in Switzerland, they invited Dennis Gockel(Weltraum) for the drums. Soon after he became a full-time member of the band.
