TV21 are a new wave outfit out of Britain that had their initial run from 1979-1982. The band was comprised of Neil Baldwin, Ally Palmer,
Norman Rodger and Colin McLean. Their music is best remembered for their impressive lyrics and vocalist Norman Rodger's delivery. The
majority of their output during their most active years was done through the Deram and Powbeat labels. However, the band has since regrouped
and recorded new material under the Powbeat label.
