Taetre is a melodic death/thrash metal band from Gothenburg, Sweden that formed in 1993. Taetre has released three full-length albums, and their debut The Art has been considered somewhat of an underground classic in the death metal scene. Though the band is still active, they has not released any official new music since their 2002 album Divine Misanthropic Madness.
