Terror Squad was a rap supergroup from NYC that first formed in 1997. Making their debut on Fat Joe’s 1998 album “Don
Cartagena”, Terror Squad later released their own album, efficiently titled “The Album”, in September of 1999. The album was a
hit and sold over 250,000 copies, although Terror Squad effectively broke up following the sudden murder of member Big Pun in
February of 2000.
In 2003, Fat Joe reunited Terror Squad with rappers Remy Ma and Prospect added to the lineup, and the group then released

their second album, “True Story”, in July of 2004. The album was a tremendous success, due to the massive popularity of the
single “Lean Back”, which spawned a pop culture phenomenon, pushing the album to sell a whopping total of over 4 million
copies. Following numerous departures and various attempts at rebuilding itself, Terror Squad eventually ended up disintegrating
