The Space Cowboys were a post-punk/college rock group from Japan, active from 1993 until 2000. Although The Space Cowboys never achieved
stardom, the group were well known for their unique mixture of college rock and post-punk, a mixture that is highly uncommon in Japanese rock
music. They were also known for their highly flamboyant image, which would make even some visual kei bands blush.
