A Swedish string quartet formed in Stockholm in 1981. It was led by its founder and violinist Tale Olsson for 15 years, before Anders Nyman
took on the role in 1996. The group has an affinity for modern, "atonal" works such as those of Alfred Schnittke and Krzysztof Penderecki.
