The Vogue was an experimental rock group formed in Seattle in 1999,
combining equal parts avant-garde, art punk, and post-hardcore to
create a very unique aesthetic. Notable members of the band include
singer Johnny Whitney (The Blood Brothers, Jaguar Love, Neon Blonde)
and guitarist Devin Welch (Past Lives).
Their sole album, As Brass and Satin, was released in 2000. Afterwards,
their keyboardist left and the band was renamed Soiled Doves.
