In November 2013, Zac (along side his partner Adam) released their first single titled 'When I Met You' under the band name zac n'
adam. The song climbed the 'beat 100' and 'Reverbnation' charts. within a few days the track had climbed to #9 on Beat 100 and
#11 on Reverbnation rock charts.
The song tells the story of two people who are in a difficult place in life, coming together to create something special. The Animated

In december 2013, Beat100 rewarded the video for When I Met You the following rewards:Silver Song A&R Awards - Awarded for a
well written song.Gold Video A&R award- Awarded for a high quality original video with good production values. Bronze Favourite
A&R award - Awarded for being one of Beat100's A&R team's favourite videos.
The following year in april 2014, zac n' adam also released their second single titled 'Shutting You Out.' The song is about believing in
yourself and letting go of bad people in our lives. The song recieved very good feedback from many followers via email. The song
reached #12 on Reverbnation charts and #11 on Beat100 UK Rock Charts.
A music video was in the works, but was later cancelled as the band decided to go on a hiatus in may 2014.
In november 2014, A re-release of the track 'Shutting You Out' was released Alongside a B-Side titled 'She'd Say'. The new song
showed a softer side to the band. The song was written by Zac McNulty and was more personal than the previous two songs.
In December 2014, the band performed live versions of their songs and added a threw a new track into to the mix titled 'Run 'Till The
Sun'. The song was created for an ep titled 'The Acoustic EP' which never saw it's release.
In January 2015, plans to go go gigging and release of an 'EP' were cancelled. The couple decided that they couldn't work together
musically. Adam also had plans to move onto theatre work. The two came to an agreement that the band zac n' adam band had ran
it's course. They thanked their fans and followers via facebook/ twitter. both accounts where later closed.
Zac had made it public via his new facebook page that he would be back to work on a solo project. He spent some time away from
the idea to grow as an artist and to get more inspiration.
In March 2015, Zac announced the title for his first album would be named 'Make Your Way'. He has currently wrote 16 tracks for
the album. The first single will be 'Clear To See'.
In September 2015, the Zac McNulty website was released. Plans for recording Make Your way will commence during 2016 along with
an ep - prior to release. The make your way album will have a melodic-rock feel, along with some softer sounds. Zac describes the
album as personal experiences and finds some of the lyrics theraputic.
he is currently working with a guitarist called
chris to put some music together and is heading off to a practice room to work on some tracks for his EP. « hide |
