This is in the first slot for a reason. The production has a unique combination of ethereal and bass-heavy elements that give each instrument room to breathe at precisely the right moments. It's dark, progressive, heavy, melodic, groovy and never gets old. It's just unfortunate that this, their debut record, had such a limited release! I own this LP in both Vinyl and CD formats...So, at least I'm covered. | | 2 |  | At the Drive-In
Relationship Of Command
So many COLORS!!! The energy is unmatched on this puppy. The interwoven bursts of psychedelia and raw, punk passion give this an edge over many groups they've influenced. Amazing. | | 3 |  | Unwound
Leaves Turn Inside You
Well...I no longer do drugs, but there's an anecdote I need to share that pretty much encompasses my feelings toward this album. I toked a HEFTY bowl of kush a few years back. while relaxing at my computer desk, I proceeded to have a transcendental experience while 3/4 of the way through Terminus(The last phase that begins at 7:06) and thought I was CREATING the music as it played.
