This is my 5 Favorite Albums Released between 1/1/14 and 12/31/14 that I physically own. (I own more rrrrthan 5 haha. I also want to say that King 810's Memoirs of a Murderer and Punk Goes 90's Vol. 2 are like rrr6th and 7th but I only rrwanted to do a Top 5!!)

This Is Your Life

Ronnie James Dio: This Is Your Life was released on March 31st 2014 and I picked it up the day this CD came out. I really got into Dio after this
CD came out. I went and bought this CD 3 Pack and listened to his Greatest Hits CD a lot!! I first learned of this album by listening to "Rainbow
In The Dark" by Corey Taylor, Roy Mayorga, Satchel, Christian Martucci, & Jason Christopher. I am very glad I bought this album because it got
not only me but my girlfriend into Dio also and I think anybody who doesn't know who he is should check him out!! Ronnie James Dio Died in
2010 from Stomach Cancer and all proceeds went to Dio's Stand Up and Shout Cancer Fund.
2Motionless In White
Reincarnate

Reincarnate is the third LP from Motionless In White, The album was released on September 15th 2014 Worldwide. I was not a big fan of this
band before this CD, I think the only song I knew was "America" off 2012's Infamus. I heard "Reincarnate" a few days after it was released on
July 8th 2014 while the band was on the 2014 Vans Warped Tour. I was hoping that the entire album sounded similar to "Reincarnate" and in
August when "Puppets 3 (The Grand Finale)" with Dani Filth was released I was not disappointed at all!! I could not wait for the CD to be
released and I went and got it the week it came out and have listened to it ever since!!
3Slipknot

When I found out that Slipknot would be releasing a new CD before the end of 2014 I was really excited, I was not disappointed when "The
Negative One" came out on
August 1st 2014. I had that song on repeat for a couple of days as I eagerly waited for more new Slipknot material. A few weeks later "The
Devil In I" came out and I
enjoyed this Song even more than the previous. I had just kept listening to these two songs for a bit and eventually broke out my Antennas
From Hell CD and listened to that
until "Custer" was released in October and again I loved the new song. Between 10/14 and 10/17 "XIX" and "Sarcastrophe" and "AOV" and
"Killpop" and "Skeptic" were all
released, .5: The Gray Chapter released on october 17th 2014 and I already had it Pre Ordered and I went as soon as the store opened to
pick my copy of the Deluxe Edition
up and I had that disc on repeat for a few weeks.
4Of Mice And Men
Restoring Force

2014 was a big year for Of Mice & Men because They Headlined the 2014 Vans Warped Tour, Supported Linkin Park on The Hunting Party
Tour, & played
Slipknot's 2014 Knotfest. January 2014 is where the band started their best year yet. Restoring Force is the band's third LP and was officially
announced in
November 2013, On December 1st 2013 "You're Not Alone" was released. On January 28th 2014 Restoring Force was released through Rise
Records, Once
the album dropped Of Mice & Men went on the American Dream Tour with Bring Me The Horizon. Restoring Force Debuted at #4 on the US
Billboard 200,
The CD sold 51,000 units in it's first week. Along with the release of Restoring Force the band got thousands of new fans including me!! I got
this album at
first only because my girlfriend wanted it but I ended up loving the album. I should of waited to get the CD though because on February 24th
2015
Restoring Force: Full Circle comes out with 3 new songs and 1 Acoustic song from the Restoring Force Tracklist.
5Cursed Sails
Rotten Society

Cursed Sails is a Metalcore Band from Atlanta Georgia, They signed to Velocity Records in February 2014. The band put out their Debut LP on
May 13th 2014 which is called Rotten Society. I did not discover this band until around July 2014. I honestly only even bought this album
because it said on it "For fans of Bring Me The Horizon and Slipknot" and that caught my eye because I like both bands. I have been a fan
every
since then. I think the songs that I like most on the disc are "Dead Daze" and "Gasoline" although most of the CD is awesome.
