Jazz music that I own

I'm totally new to jazz. While I've always loved fusion, I kept myself away from the genre, procrastinating the whole thing and labelling it as "A music that as far as I like how it sounds, I'll dig later". I didn't know where to start and I thought that was a complicated genre. This was a serious mistake, actually some of these records are accessibile and enjoyable from everyone. May this help others that are in my past situation.
