it's probably something punk/possibly alternative and let's just say we have a nominal phrase GET OUT (or just the 'duh duh' structure), so it goes kinda like this: one guy sings GEEEET OUT, the other guy follows geeet out, then another GEEEET OUT and another geeet out, it's a pretty fast sequence, i guess it's the chorus of the song
