I agree with a lot of these picks, especially current ones; comedy is doing great right now. Favorites of mine that have already been mentioned: Lady Dynamite, Louie, Broad City, Awesome Show, Great Job!, Silicon Valley, Arrested Development, Seinfeld, Curb. I'm surprised nobody has said anything about Mr. Show, The Eric Andre Show, or Comedy Bang! Bang!. The first is an absolute classic and the latter two are on the cutting edge of modern TV comedy

But the best part is how Chris Lilley can play a 16 year old high school girl (Jamie) AND a middle age male teacher (Mr G) AND a 13 year old Tongan boy (Jonah) with equal conviction. Genius.

They both do Check it Out!, whose new season just started, and apparently they're starting another set of Bedtime Stories. Some of the hardest working people in the business, but they're less obviously visible now that Awesome Show is off the air
