| Adam Ant, Glam Skanks
This was the second night's concert that my wife kidnapped to Foxwoods for. She's always been a fan of Adam Ant. Me, not so much. | 1 | | Glam Skanks Glitter City
This was an all-female band that wasn't really very glam rock, nor were they particularly skanky. They're really just a good hard rock band with some musical chops. | 2 | | Adam Ant Friend or Foe
Adam and his band put on a good show, but if you're not really that familiar with their whole discography, their set was overlong. For a lot of the night I was enjoying myself, but by the encore, I prayed for death. | |

09.24.19 | I liked the Glam Skanks themselves better than I liked their songwriting, which seemed pretty basic rock. They can play, though, and the singer has a kickass voice, so if they ever up their songwriting game, they'll be a force to be reckoned with. As for Adam, he's a terrific showman. But he played a full 28-song set including the encore, which eventually wore me the eff out. The setlists can be found on setlist.fm, and there's a full write-up of the show on my blog at longislandmusicguy.blogspot.com. | DadKungFu
12.22.19 | Hell, I would have been at that show if I knew they were playing. A 28 song set sounds exhausting for any band though. | Divaman
12.23.19 | Yeah, I felt like Adam himself was pretty winded by the end of it. |
