(probably a recipe for food posioning) You get your good cast iron frying pan (all men need to have a huge 50 year old cast iron frying pan). Get it as hot as you can possibly get it. Now I dropped a bit of butter in it, not kosher I know but still good, it melts in about 1/2 second. Then you drop the steak on the pan, wait for it to sear shut, flip wait for it to sear shut. Eat...holy jesus was it good. Also a really good/easy wing sauce is just franks and butter. (I am just 100% not kosher today)

Emim 10.25.10	Lowest I can remember (for Truckee) was something like -30 something and that was without windchill. Plus, it's this horrible wet cold that just seeps through every layer of clothing until you want to die. It doesn't get nearly that cold where I live (Truckee is about 30-40 mins up the hill), but we still get about a 100 degree temperature swing (18-120 degrees in the summer).
