Synesthete
08.04.11 | doesn't quite fit in with what's on this list but
The Receiving End of Sirens - The Earth Sings Mi Fa Mi
is one of the greatest records in the entire 'kinda post-hardcore' neighborhood of genres. |
Motiv3
08.04.11 | you forgot trophy scars. |
Synesthete
08.04.11 | it had the singles, that's for sure. but TESMFM has some of the most beautifully layered sections i've ever heard. |
Scoot
08.04.11 | there is no such thing as good post hardcore
only things that aren't FUGAZI |

08.04.11 | Between The Heart And The Synapse has so many fail moments as far as vocals are concerned, which sucks because they wrote some really catchy music
Smoke and Mirrors has a sexy chorus but I haven't heard much else from Earth Sings
Idk why people are saying I forgot X band, this is obviously not a comprehensive list
Trophy Scars are indeed good tho
@Synesthete I shoutboxed you like years ago and you never responded so we're enemies
Oh and for the record I had all artwork save I Am Alaska and BVS but like an idiot I tried to edit and now there's more shit missing which bothers me |
Synesthete
08.04.11 | dude that was last year! i can't believe you remember. i guess i'll respond now to revoke enemy status |
Synesthete
08.04.11 | and i agree about the fail moments in the vocals in BTHATS. they had some great moments, but also some terrible ones with the poorly executed double/triple vocal lines. they mastered vocal counter-melodies on the follow-up though...unbelievable stuff |
Adabelle
08.04.11 | 10 is awesome dude, well, the one song I've heard from it was awesome, I remember that at least. |
SeaAnemone
08.04.11 | 16 looks really out of place here |
