03.07.12 | @ balls, yeah I can see that but I enjoy the heavy lifting. Its done so much good for me, and makes it easier to gain weight than doing light high rep workouts. plus in weights we do a lot more than just those 4 lifts |

03.07.12 | I'm a sucker for hang snatches and hang cleans particularly, even if they have no relevance to getting cut or building muscle.
My favorite compound exercises though are barbell push presses and wide grip romanian deadlifts. Those are fucking ace and hit a ton of body parts.
I love doing one leg squats with dumbells held in front as you descend, one leg bent over dumbell rows and one leg dumbell romanian deadlifts with moderate weight and 8-10 reps. Kills your fucking core. |
