12.17.16 | No she didn't. She wasn't charming at all. Just a stock heroic protagonist. |

Too bad. Star Wars VII is the only one that isn't boring. |

12.17.16 | The only worthwhile character in Rogue 1 is a droid. |

12.17.16 | 1. How did that bitch ass ship take down a destroyer?
Basic physics, certain alloys, the first destroyer it rammed was dead in space
2. Why were the rebels so strong?
The rebels were represented by several planets worth of people and resources and in the final battle they had thrown everything they had into it. It actually makes 100% sense and is loyal to star wars history. In A New Hope they didn't have much to protect Yavin 4, then with Empire they were hiding while they still were rebuilding and regrouping, and by the time Return of the Jedi came around Mon Calamari and others had rebuilt and regrouped for the attack on the second death star.
3. Thank God for that droid and Vader's killing spree redeeming the movie.
Also the war movie theme and more action than any random picking of 3 of the other movies combined. |

12.17.16 | Great post Storm. That makes me feel better about the movie. However,I just couldn't get a feel for any of the characters. I was pretty stoked to see all the rebels die in the end but that's probably because I'm a terrible person. |
Storm In A Teacup
12.17.16 | I think the movie is supposed to give people stronger feelings about the Rebels and the Empire overall and introduce the necessary evil of what the Rebels do and how it is a commentary on current times on Earth and the sacrifice the characters represent is supposed to be stronger than the individual characters themselves. |
Storm In A Teacup
12.17.16 | and thank you. I love star wars so much. |

12.17.16 | Makes sense to me. I can't help but call Admiral Raddus Admiral Radish.
