Temperatures go into the extreme, the weather becomes harder to to evaluate and more "instable" and also the season have a tendency to "swap" or do whatever they want, you can see that pretty good in central Europe. Although it's not THAT new or even that harsh atm, it's more the inconsistency that's new. (for example also with the weather patterns)
