Cyanotic release new album

2014-09-09 by Acanthus | 9 Comments
Four years and one EP later, Glitch Mode Records artists Cyanotic finally unveil their new album, Worst Case Scenario Vol.1. Peppered with the evolved influences found on their earlier industrial metal releases, Worst Case Scenario Vol.1 see's the band taking a somewhat softer approach to their music; while not as soundtrack-esque or heavy as their prior work their charm and specific brand of industrial music still has it's moments, weaving in between new inspirations and experimentation.
Fans of the group can stream the new album at the link below, and is available for purchase for $10.

Wish you could have linger titles, then maybe the quip about using a thesaurus would actually matter when you make a new article.

Cyanotic and Rabbit Junk tend to feed off each other, if ones making something the other often follows suite.

After listening, I'm going to buy it. I like their harder stuff better and this is almost too fuzzy for me, but it's still talent-based music and the most inspired and ballsy aggro-industrial out there.

Thanks for the positive comments, everyone. Cyanotic has been busy writing more than just this album...there's been Robohop, a techno project, production on A LOT of other bands, tours and remixes that have popped up, so expect a ton of other releases and material to surface soon ( we've been holding a lot of stuff in!)

Rabbit junk / JP is on his own schedule for releases and doesn't sit on things long. When he's done, those tracks are released pretty quickly.

We've always been full of life at glitch mode...just now you get to hear it =]

Oh, we didn't go soft. Wait till the next round, that won't be four years and sixty-five days away...
