Indeed. However it has an incredible production thanks to Eno and Hopkins, the album has a gorgeous string accompaniment and most of the tracks are really good (for pop music).

Now it's more about if you can pass throught Chris Martin's voice and his approximative lyrics. But if I had to pick a Coldplay album, it'd definitly be this one.
