I don't think this is as bad as most of you make it out to be. The production can improve, but it doesn't sound bad at all. If you're looking for bad production, their Funeral album is horrendous. This is definitely a step up in terms of production. Vocals have always been crappy. The song structure is interesting; I'll admit that the way the song was put together is questionable. Drumming has improved and isn't as simple as it was on their last two. I'd say a good first single.

they're on a major label now; there's absolutely no reason for their having mixing/production that is so blatantly all-over-the-place.

The label info is wrong. The album is released by Northern Silence, but Nuclear Blast has licensed the album from them for a physical release in the US.
