As far as I know J and Shaggy from interviews, they think that the juggalo culture is more of a safe-haven for "freaks" that feel like they don't belong anywhere else. They don't think that their subculture is revolutionary at all, they see it more as social outcasts having a good time together. And juggalos, as stupid as they can be and often are, are a legitimately inviting and friendly community that really doesn't do as much stupid shit as it seems from the outside.

That being said, they also always poke a lot of fun at themselves and their mannerisms, knowing that they are ridiculous as hell. So yeah, the music has a thousand shades of trolling, but the legitimately emotional songs (see Hall Of illusions, Thy Unveiling and so on and so forth) are more instantly recognizable as being honest and legit.

It's pretty obvious that this song was just made for the hell of it, though. LOOK AT THE DANCING CLOWNS IN THE BACKGROUND.
