Normally I wouldn't care about yet another damned US tour, but you got me at the "new recording" part!

I guess it depends. If i can choose, like, third or fourth show of a tour, I’d do that. They’re not spent and they’ve ideally gotten in the groove if they don’t have it right away

Last stop. First show there’s more of a chance of technical difficulties + nervous jitters. While there’s a chance of catching the band at their most tired, there’s also a feeling of relief from the bands knowing that the tour’s over and them wanting to go out on a high note before taking a break.

never heard of Hoaxed but that’s a killer lineup. I’ve got so many shows lined up in September rn. Just basically nothing all summer and then bam like 10 huge bands are coming to my city next month lol

Good question. In my experience, most bands that know what they are doing and have some experience touring will choose and final date in a special city that they prefer and have a following in. Usually the last show is the best from what I've seen

nice! great song. am I reading too much into things thinking the 2 Celtic triskelion is emblematic of a different shade of pagan folk style for this EP? Their brand of Cascadian USBM was always heavily informed by Naturalism but I'm not sure I recall overt Euro-Folk especially something specific like Celts.
