onionbubs yeah its such a shame his songs are so good! live again is so good too i gonna try spinning the album that way. i kinda like take a load off but its def nothing amazing lol. i read that a big reason dennis's songs were cut was his insistence on wanting live again as the closer which is unfortunate bc much as i love the man, til i die into surf's up is j too perfect

onionbubs dude yeah instant all timer song for me. had my first jam walking around a giant lake and that bridge had me levitating. such a phenomenal album in general. sits just outside my top 3 bb (with the asterisk that i refuse to jam the wack ass mike love song on surf's up and swap it with 4th of july lol)

onionbubs lets ****ing go dude that is fantastic news. derek's singing is incredible always thought it was criminal how little he sang in trio. his bridge on don't say you won't is one of my favorite moments in their whole discog. i gotta hit breakdown again when i'm not freshly trapped in only wanting to listen to the beach boys lol
