Review Summary: Unimpressive at best and painfully abysmal at it's worst.

Imagine yourself laying in your bed, it's raining outside as you pull the covers up to your neck and begin to doze off... just then; your alcoholic, less-than intelligent, British roommate barges into your room screaming some nonsense about how pissed he is over his recent break up. He rips off his shirt and begins playing a guitar... "playing" yes that's not the word I'd use... rather it could be described as mindless, droning, almost "too simplistic" instead of actually "playing the guitar"... While you're busy clogging your ears with a ***ing staple gun, yourÂ*roommate pulls out a ***ing synthesizer from god-knows where and begins playing generic upbeat melodies while shouting utter stupidity in vain. Just when you're about ready to hang yourself from the nearest balcony using your newly purchased electrical tape; he begins to sing in a rather high pitched voice... he repeats his actions for what seems like 5 goddamn hours before heÂ*shuts up and waddles out of your bedroom, no questions asked.Â*Â*
That's how i'd describe Asking Alexandria's first effort "Stand Up In Scream" to someone ill-experienced regarding the likes of such musical "Talent". Sure I can admit I went through my not-so-great musical phases, and I can also admit that at one point, I actually enjoyed Asking Alexandria. I found their songs catchy, memorable, and 'cool' which now Â*i'd use that word to describe them if "cool" meant soaking my boxers in piss and freezing them just to cook and eat them later.Â*

I'm not completely against the bands whom fall into categories such as "Deathcore", "Metalcore", "Post-hardcore", "post-progressive metal/death-trancecore" etc. etc. Â*yet the 'core' genres happen to be populated by extremely bland, generic bands... all of which sound identical in both their lyrical themes and song structures.Â*

Asking Alexandria just happens to be the leader of this sad, depressing copy machine club which only prints the same goddamn paper daily, just to sell it to some sad twelve year old girl who happens to look like Ronald McDonald's personal hooker.Â*
Of course in a sad copy machine club; it's required that you make copies... so with that being said, Asking Alexandria released their next record entitled "Reckless & Relentless" an album which is basically the same bull*** released on Stand Up And Scream, just with less breakdowns and a soulless guitar solo thrown into the mix. On my first listen I didn't know wether to laugh or to cry... Was this some sick joke conjured up by the likes of the devil himself? *** no. Of course not. It was just another release by Asking Alexandria. Little did I know; Reckless And Relentless was only the tip of the ***-filled iceberg.Â*

After just over a year of having completely forgotten about Asking Alexandria and their exciting musical adventures, I see something rather peculiar on iTunes...

A pre order for an exciting upcoming release.
Asking Alexandria's "From Death To Destiny"Â*

Rolls right off the tongue...Â*
Before I know it I'm Pre-ordering it... then I thought to myself "What kinda sick *** would put himself through this?" Before I knew it the album was released.... Boy was I impressed. *SARCASM*Â*
I'm not even going to be formal... This album ***ing sucks.Â*
It makes their previous albums look like ***in' Mozart. They've taken the word 'generic' and multiplied it by at least twenty. I don't even have it in me to go anymore in-depth than I have to. This album sucks deflated monkey cock... and I don't like it.Â*
