| dimsim3478 just wanted to say, nice soundoff for that brand new database error
| StrizzMatik Yeah bruh, the album kills. Honestly don't understand how any fan of ATDI isn't loving this, name more than like five bands that came back after such an absence and still had this level of consistency lol. Even the weakest songs on this record are still very solid. I think it's missing maybe one more slower jam, but overall it's dope.
| StrizzMatik Oh yeah and No Wolf Like The Present of course
| StrizzMatik I'm partial to Continuum, Call Broken Arrow, Incurably Innocent, Governed By Contagions and Pendulum In A Peasant Dress myself.
| onionbubs I'd definitely get around to faith and wish. one of my all time favorite bands. disintegration is probably one of my top 5 albums ever made
| onionbubs will check. sweet dillinger rating. interesting cure rating. you ever gotten around to disintegration or wish? essential listening imo
| onionbubs All i've heard was the ones on little thoughts which i loved. skeleteon is one of their best songs for me
| onionbubs finally got around to another weekend in the city. holy s*** do i love this band
| onionbubs Yea it's a really fun album. The razor is one hell of a tune
| onionbubs I'm very surprised by how much i liked the head automatica album. It was like pop punk with like an early maroon 5 influence done by DARYL PALUMBO. Sounds like something that'd be hilariously awful yet it was a ton of fun
| onionbubs Trojan horse is such a jam yea. Last 3 songs are def my favorites tho
| onionbubs Agree hard. Best bloc party easy. Nice moon and Antarctica rating btw
| onionbubs Yeah song is perfect. Another one way up there for me is degausser. Probably 2nd favorite on the album. One of laceys highlights vocally for sure
| onionbubs sowing season is great too yeah. whole album is a lyrical goldmine pretty much. lyrically my favorite might be you won't know but the whole thing is great
| onionbubs tho i gotta say my favorite from it is probably luca. the part where the whole band kicks in is one of the greatest moments in music history
| onionbubs lol i actually think i once had that album on loop for like a month when i first got into it. its a rare album where pretty much every song is an incredible listening experience on its own but even better in the context of the album
| onionbubs hell yeah dude! theyre definitely a band i find when going back to their discog its the only thing i can listen to for a while
| onionbubs Nah ive jammed 13 too. Its pretty good. Theres nothing i think is bad from them its just...i dont know theres just something thats so not blur about it that i really like. Ive been waiting for a full blur album to click with me for years and somehow that ended up being freakin think tank lol. I havent heard the magic whip tho ill definitely give that a listen
| onionbubs what's weird for me is i'm not a massive blur fan outside of a few songs here and there but since i heard it a few months back think tank hasn't left my rotation. it's an album i find weirdly interesting and every time i listen to it i find something else that i dig more about it. it's my favorite blur at this point which is seemingly a very uncommon opinion
| onionbubs Judging by your profile pic i can tell yr a blur fan. Out of curiousity what do you think of think tank?
| onionbubs Nice. I personally have it at a 4.5 but i can totally see how people would 5 it. Actually spinning it right now lol
| onionbubs Daisy is definitely a hard album to wrap your head around at first, but once it clicks it clicks hard. Bought a bride is one of my favorite brand new tracks
| onionbubs Brand new are absoutely incredible yea. There have been many times where their stuff is the only thing i could listen to theyre an absolute favorite of mine. Devil and god and daisy are two of my absolute favorite albums, and deja is up there too
| onionbubs Yea ill try to find it. Been heavy into this band lately
| onionbubs another weekend in the city is fanmade? i thought it was an official release. either way i definitely have to listen to it
| onionbubs holy s*** that song is amazing. how the hell did it not make it onto an album. the only other b sides ive heard are your visits are getting shorter and letter to my son. both incredible tracks too
| Drifter How dare you give Bush a 1.5
| onionbubs well yeah. hymns is abysmal. intimacy on the other hand is an absolute masterpiece. hell im even starting to kinda like mercury. and stuff like ion square, signs, talons and better than heaven are some of their best songs. especially ion square s*** that song breaks me. granted intimacy has been my rotation a lot because its hitting very hard for me lyrically right now. so theres personal significance right now its been helping me get through a pretty rough time
| onionbubs Eh. It just kinda felt like they were trying their hardest to copy silent alarm to please the fans who were turned off by intimacy and weekend. Not a bad record by any stretch but i really dont see myself coming back to it in the future
| onionbubs By that i mean it wouldve been one of my hardest 5s if mercury wasnt the worst song ever
| onionbubs Signs is great. This album is prob gonna end up a 3. Would be a 3.5 if not for the god awful opening tracks
| onionbubs Oh yeah. My version has talons (spotify version). Biko is also pretty alright. God this album has the worst two opening songs ever haha
| onionbubs Halo's pretty good so far. This is what i needed after those two haha
| onionbubs Maybe theyll grow. But im currently towards the end of mercury. And i cant wait until it ends haha
| onionbubs was really digging ares until the moment kele opened his mouth lol
| onionbubs I wll give that a spin soon. Who knows. As long as mercury is the weakest song haha
| onionbubs aight ill give em a try. i have been heavy into silent alarm and weekend in the city, so nows as good a time as ever
| onionbubs Tbh im not huge on the only songs I heard from intimacy and four (octopus is alright but mercury is SO s***)
| onionbubs i currently like weekend in the city more than silent alarm s*** why didnt i jam this before
| Supercoolguy64 thanks bruh tbh those last few helmet revs of mine turned out kinda crappy lmao
| Angelboros Thanks for shoutboxing me, bro. Regarding the s***tier releases I've heard, I've got them as such because - in case you couldn't tell - I'm self-conscious about my objectivity rating. 'Tis a habit I'm fixing to kick sooner or later, you know.
