It's a change, clean vocals are there, but not in a bad way, very well done in my opinion, there are varied vocals all over the album. In some way's it's better then Monuments and in some ways it's worse. The production is a massive improvement, but the style is so different from Monuments that it may not appeal to fans of the last album. One thing that stands out to me is how much energy this album has, nobody is just playing their instrument, everything has FEELING in it, which can make some songs sound really impressive. What I really love about this album is how catchy it is. If you like this type of music at all, you'll pretty much be like a bobble-head throughout the whole listen, it's the kind of music that's just fun to listen to. If this is the direction they're going, I think the future looks pretty good for this band.

Better than anything in the Metalcore scene right now, yes, even ABR.

The perfect blend of harsh and clean vocals, superb technicality and musicality, a healthy variance of musical arrangements and the many unique and fresh ideas are coursing through this album. This or the Apocalypse's "Haunt What's Left" is simply put, a brilliant metalcore record with very few flaws.

Got my pre order copy yesterday. It's good but doesn't live up to the potential the first left me with the feeling of.
Some songs gave me a bullet for my valentine feel which isn't a good thing. Album starts strong and it has
some good tracks scattered in but not as good as I had hoped for. I just thought this band could be one that
pushes the boundaries of the genre, but instead, sits snugly in the middle where they will quickly be forgotten.
The more I listen the less I like the album in general. The worst part has to be te pure potential in the drumming
on monuments. It justs sounds like generic metal drumming. His fills were so great on monuments and I just
have to wonder where all that talent went. Maybe he lost an arm or something...
