3.3 great | Erwann S. STAFF | March 4th 24 | Where Is Brookly was the final Blue Note recording for Cherry as a bandleader, and while it nicely summarizes this period of him, it doesn't carry the same force as Complete Communion or Symphony for Improvisers.

3.5 great | GamamJ | December 13th 20 | Fantastic album. Severely underrated as people expect the totally off-the-cuff free-jazz usually done by Cherry. This reminds more of early 60s Bop with crazy (dissonant) improvs by Cherry and Sanders. Their interlocking playing is amazing, just as are the occasional solos from Grimes and Blackwell. Would highly recommend to fans of the late-50s/early-60s work of Trane and Coleman.
